Terms of Service and Refund Policy

For visitors and students of Sujood Academy:

1. Acceptance and Registration:
- After successfully completing the free trial lesson, you must decide to continue with Sujood Academy's classes.            

 - In case of continuation, you are required to pay the fees on the specified date, as monthly fees are paid in advance. All lessons taken are calculated once the student completes them, and a new invoice for the next month is issued on the same day.

2. Suspension of Classes:
- Sujood Academy reserves the right to suspend classes if fees are not paid by the specified date for more than 7 days without any excuse.

3. Cost of Slot Reservation:
- If you wish to suspend classes and continue with the same teacher upon return, Sujood Academy will charge the full fee per student to reserve the slot with the same teacher.

4. Absence and Leaves:
- Any absence without prior notice is considered paid by the student, and no makeup lesson will be arranged. 
- ⁠- If you want to cancel any class on any day, you must inform us via WhatsApp or email at least 6 hours in advance to arrange a makeup class.

5. Class Cancellation:
- Sujood Academy reserves the right to cancel classes if a student is absent for more than two weeks without prior notice, and no refund will be entertained.

6. Teacher Modification:
- Sujood Academy reserves the right to change the teacher at any time if necessary for quality teaching, and information about the new teacher will be provided to students.
7. Fee Increase:
- Sujood Academy reserves the right to increase fees by approximately 10% at the end of each calendar year.

8. Data Policy:
- Students are requested not to share any personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses,  social media accounts , banking details and addresses with teachers. Sujood Academy will not be responsible for any misuse of this information.

9. Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha Holidays:
- Eid holidays are considered formal vacation .

10. Notification of Changes:
-Sujood Academy has the right to modify the terms of service and refund policy at any time, and students will be notified of any updates via the registered email.

11. Compliance with Terms:
- Registration and participation in. Sujood Academy courses indicate agreement with all terms of service and refund policy.

12.Any leave is considered as paid from your side and there is no make up for that and it is paid if you keep the same schedule and teacher as we can not utilize the time for any other students of you. There are no make up classes for more than 5 days as leaves the teacher can not manage the make up classes. Our website system schedules all missed lessons and shifts the invoice due date automatically.

13. Contract Termination:
- The contract concludes upon the payment of all fees and completion of the course. Students have the right to terminate the service with prior notice.
 

14. Policy Changes:
- sujood academy reserves the right to change or modify any policy or terms at any time without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to a sustainable and effective collaboration with sujood academy to ensure an enjoyable and effective learning experience for your children.
